"Get tougher as the battle toughens"

I haven't had any training whatsoever in liberating anybody from the yoke of depression and frustration. I may well mention that I am one victim of it... Neither am a therapist to soothe anybody's mental needs. But one thing I have learnt that is...we all are, in one way or the other, struggling for something or against or for that matter even between, and we could endure only by helping one another. We need each others' support. They may come as advice, or maybe as a simple pat on your shoulder...will do. Yes, care is it! Do we want some greater values such as these, other than useless celebration over a handful of drunk friends and families?...some maybe in a hang-over due the real stuffs/substance and others through ignorance, and lack of pity! Drunk and lost in their own ways...will they be of any help at such a time as these? I bet... a BIG NO! Now, it's only up to us that we gather our own strength and stand up to face these realities before us. To be frank, some of the therapeutic tips to overcome such situations often tend to add more fuel to the fire that is already burning! The 'deciding factor' is just "YOU"...no friends, no families or dear ones. The very thought (act) of standing up tall to face these so-called 'monstrous' challenges of realities should begin from deep within you....and I have personally realized that! May be you might have realized that a long time ago...but are you still sitting in this crap? Maybe its time to give a real (genuine) thought about it...and I am too, is on the process. Come let us walk the journey of discovering ourselves in depth to fight these challenges of realities...and I hope so, our little effort to regain our self-trust  and confidence will be found recuperating by the One that controls everything. And we may testify the fruit of our perseverance. Till then, may good will be upon you!

Set Me Free!

... from things that are robbing away my happiness;
... to be able to see life from a higher understanding,
... from all the inclination and disposition,
... that have  a different tendency of controlling my mind:
... to create a tranquil state of mind,
... free from disturbance or agitation;
... in the physical sense,
... free from violent motion or action;
... in the mental or spiritual realm,
... free from excited or disturbing emotion or pas:
... show me the way to find t'is...
... let me not wander for long:
... let not my mind be veiled by these unwanted thoughts,
... let me pass through the dark pathway of anguish and torment:
... let me see a ray of radiant hope for my hopeless mind,
... so SET ME FREE!
